SCIENCE, GENDER EQUALITY AND WOMEN SCIENTISTS
This training course, developed as part of the SOLARIZE project, is designed to strengthen both the managerial and technical skills of staff working in Research Infrastructures (RIs) directly involved in EU SOLARIS and the SOLARIZE project. It also targets scientists from associated R&D institutes who hold roles related to the management of EU SOLARIS.

Concluding remarks |
Format and methodology:
The training will be delivered in synchronous format, through the platform (zoom) of the Ibero-American Institute of Training and Learning for Cooperation of the Organisation of Ibero-American States (OEI). The workshop will consist of an academic presentation, based on two questions by the moderator, followed by a debate with participants.
Certification:
The training includes a certificate of participation issued by the Ibero-American Program of Education for Human Rights, Democracy and Equality of the OEI, with QR of authenticity.
